Content Manager (5-7 yrs)

Job Summary :

Creating the content strategy, development, and execution .will be responsible ensuring high-quality content that aligns with our brand, engages our target audience, and supports our overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Content Strategy :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content platforms to ensure our strategy remains innovative and effective.

2. Working with Teams :

- Work with and manage a team of content creators, including writers, editors, and multimedia producers.

- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging team members to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the department.

3. Content Development :

- Ensure creation of high-quality and engaging content across various platforms, including but not limited to, website, social media, email, and other digital channels.

- Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.

4. Content Calendar and Scheduling :

- Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of content that supports marketing and communication initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content into broader marketing campaigns.

5. Performance Analysis :

- Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team.

- Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and improve overall performance.

6. Collaboration :

- Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives and messaging.

7. Budget Management :

- Collaborate with the finance department to manage the content budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- 5+ years of experience in content creation.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with content marketing tools and platforms.

- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.

- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
