Content Management Role (3-6 yrs)
You will play an integral role in services provided to clients.
- Participate in a wide range of projects and collaborate across multiple workstreams or teams; consistently demonstrating creative thinking, individual initiative and timely completion of assigned work.
- Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by working as a team member: understand personal and team roles; contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback.
- Serve as participant on communications with numerous engagement teams.
- Content and knowledge management - Publishing and maintenance of large volumes of content on PwC internal portals; working collaboratively with onshore PwC teams undertaking content collection, sanitisation, archival, search and retrieval processes and acting as custodian of their knowledge assets.
- Content development - Performing secondary/desk research in PwC internal as well as external sources to help develop content for marketing material, internal communication campaigns, internal reports and client proposals, with limited opportunity to write/create original content.
- M.A. English / Other humanities with minimum 50% marks throughout
- 3 - 6 years of industry experience in Big Four or other professional services organisations in Communication, Knowledge Management, Consulting, or related domains.
- Strong command over language especially in business communication context
- Good experience of MS Office, Google Suite and other collaboration tools like SharePoint
- Secondary / desk research, content editing, proofreading and analytical skills
- Experience in project management and planning
