Content Lead - Media (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Oversight : Act as the primary liaison for the video editing team, responsible for the meticulous review and approval of produced videos, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives.
2.Feedback Management : Provide comprehensive feedback on work generated by video editors and influencers, conducting market suitability assessments to optimize content relevance and effectiveness.
3.Leadership in Influencer Marketing : Assume leadership of the influencer marketing team, orchestrating seamless communication channels and meticulously approving scripts to drive impactful influencer campaigns.
4.Strategic Leadership : Direct both the video editing and influencer marketing departments, providing strategic direction to ensure the team's collective output achieves organizational goals and resonates with target audiences.
5.Content Strategy Development : Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive content strategies, leveraging market insights and performance analytics to drive engagement and brand growth.
