Content Editor/Writer - Finance Vertical (1-3 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse documents to ensure financial information & Structure of content.
- Ensures content is free of typographical, grammatical, spelling, punctuation, syntax, formatting and other such errors.
- Confirm all submitted writing is original and enhance existing content while incorporating SEO best practices.
- Working with researchers and developers to ensure document accuracy.
- Maintaining the company website's technical content.
- Conforming to strict editing guidelines and security clearance protocols.
- Ensure a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints and across all media (traditional and digital).
- Brainstorm, research, and contribute ideas for content that is of interest to the target audience.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the financial industry to deliver confident writing at multiple levels of sophistication.
- Learning their priorities and content needs.
- Create original content and enhance existing content while incorporating SEO best practices.
- Building strategic content partnerships.
- Serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity and consistency
- Confidently write executive and advisor communications, marketing collateral, social media, and youtube.
Ideal Candidate
- Educational background in Finance, Economics or other relevant fields.
- In-depth knowledge of Financial concepts.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and page composition skills.
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and handle pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- Proven years of writing experience in the finance sector.
- Strong project management, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to interact with a diverse group of senior stakeholders.
- The ability to work under pressure.
