Salary: 90K - 150K (Based on Experience)

Experience: 10+ Years in Educational Publishing
Responsibilities:
- Content Development & Writing - Create textbooks, workbooks, and digital materials aligned with NCERT, CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, and International Curricula.
- Editing & Proofreading - Ensure clarity, grammar accuracy, and educational effectiveness.
- Illustration & Design Coordination - Work with designers to enhance content with visuals.
- Curriculum Research & Innovation - Integrate 21st-century skills, NEP guidelines, and competency-based learning.
- Collaboration with Experts - Work with teachers, curriculum developers, and SMEs.
- E-Learning Development - Create interactive digital content, quizzes, and gamified learning modules.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Education, English, Science, Mathematics, or Social Science. Ph.D./B.Ed./M.Ed. is a plus!
Skills & Experience:
- 8-15+ years in educational publishing, curriculum development, or content writing.
- Strong editing, proofreading, and research skills.
- Knowledge of NCERT, CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, and IB curricula.
- Experience with child psychology and innovative teaching methods.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools & e-learning platforms.
