Experience :

- Content writing experience

- Experience working on creating/curating website content, familiarity with CMS

- Experience assisting with large marketing events : operational/executional experience in assisting with Social media campaigns, Media plans, Digital and Social programs, PR/sponsorship and events

- 2-4 years mass media experience - preferably in the IT industry

Responsibility :

The role will be responsible for all aspects of content, which includes development, design, production, presentation, evaluation and analysis. In particular the role will be responsible for content creation, co-creation, curation with a view to promote brand image in the industry using all possible platforms and avenues. The role will use data and feedback from users to help evaluate and enhance the value of a set of written materials and websites.

- Curating news for the periodic newsletter on cyber security

- Creating content for the website, editing and proof reading content for the website and newsletter to ensure it is high quality and professional

- Assist in website content management

- Collating articles, blog posts, whitepapers to publish on the website

- Social media content handling, live tweeting at cyber security events conducted by active, frequent posts to promote brand image on LinkedIn, Twitter

- Help create / co-create collaterals, posters, invitations for events held by Company

- Assist in all marketing initiatives

Qualification :

- Minimum 2 years mass media experience

- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across all media - physical as well as digital

- Quick to understand, assimilate and categorize information as important vs unimportant to the organization

- Expertise in using LinkedIn and Twitter to promote content

- Must have a creative bent of mind

- Highly results-oriented and a motivated self-starter

- Must be adept at managing multiple priorities.

- Any experience in visual design, visual communication is nice to have

- An appreciation for technology is a must

- Prior website management / newsletter / editorial experience is a huge advantage

- Understanding of cyber security is nice to have

- Graphics design and info-graphics
