Content Developer - Training Program (4-7 yrs)
We are hiring for the subject role with relevant
1. Understand the training needs of business, both, Technical and Behavioural
2. Conduct further investigation to understand specific needs under the titles
3. Research on the subject to develop content
4. Collate information and sequence in logical clusters
5. Develop content that uses all learning principles like Adult Learning; Pedagogy Guides; Instructional Design etc.
6. Design immersive content addressing all three sensory tools like Audio; Video and Experiential
7. Use gaming tools where needed
8. Convert content on app / desktop based learning
9. Review content basis feedback from participants and facilitators
10. Ensure timely and quality development of content
