Content Developer - Education (3-6 yrs)
Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Director of programs, the ideal candidate is a motivated person with a passion for creating high impact e-learning courseware for adult learners. The content developer should be able to respond quickly to multiple requirements. She/He will work closely with the production team to develop, implement and maintain e-learning content. The ideal candidate is the one with strong level of creative design skills and technical knowledge.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create online, engaging and interactive e-Learning modules (images, graphics, videos, audios, webcasts, podcasts, charts and other multimedia formats) to meet client and curriculum needs.
- Liaise with expert faculty for developing high impact content.
- Perform quality assurance testing and organize updates to existing learning materials.
- Project management
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Experience in e-Learning development is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Expertise in the following areas is preferred (not mandatory)
a. Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, GoAnimate.
b. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
c. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere.
d. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Powerpoint).
- Prior experience working with Learning Management Systems strongly preferred.
- Possess a passion for learning and an above and beyond attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualification and Experience:
- PG in English Literature or equivalent
