Job Description :
1. Understand the subject from the SME & make notes of the key topics to be covered
2. Also the sequence/flow of topics. Prepare at day wise overview of topics to be covered & learning outcomes for each topic
3. Research - books/internet sites for the subject matter & download relevant information.
4. Design activities for hands on learning for the topics. Prepare a PPT with slide notes - to be used for training.
5. Prepare a trainee handout - to be used for training. Keep track of updating the information on quarterly basis.
