About Your Responsibilities
1. Assisting in developing content planning and strategy
2. Curating videos, images, posts for our women viewers.
3. Writing clickbait and informative short captions for posts
4. Writing script for in-house videos, marketing collaterals etc.
5. Generating ideas and sourcing content for various content types
6. Improving content on week to week basis based on user's reaction
7. Edit, proofread and improve posts
What you will learn
This job will teach you how to frame content relevant for an audience, end-to-end process of content delivery and overall flavour of working in the startup environment.

Skills we are looking for:
1. Sound knowledge of Hindi is must.
2. A sense about the psychology of tier-2 Indian women.
3. Creativity, knowledge of copy writing/script writing will be a plus.
4. Hands on experience with spreadsheets (Excel)
5. Good organisational and time-management skills
6. Familiarity with social browsing
