Content Creator - Social Media (3-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy Development :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth.

- Analyze social media trends and metrics to identify opportunities and optimize performance.

- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all platforms.

Content Creation :

- Plan, script, shoot, and edit engaging video content that aligns with our brand message and objectives.

- Write compelling social media posts, captions, and headlines that resonate with our target audience.

- Curate high-quality visuals and graphics to complement written content.

Platform Management :

- Manage and update all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.

- Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.

- Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify our social media reach and impact.

Analytics and Reporting :

- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement rates, reach, and conversion rates.

- Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve overall social media effectiveness.

Creative Innovation :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

- Experiment with new content formats and creative approaches to drive engagement and virality.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

- Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management, content creation, and video production.

- Strong proficiency with social media platforms and their respective analytics tools.

- Excellent skills in video shooting, editing (using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.), and graphic design (using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.).

- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.

- Creative thinking with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
