- As a content creator with a flair for transforming complex business ideas into exciting and easy to understand Films, in-depth knowledge of video production techniques and can coordinate between different stakeholders, to achieve business goals.

- As a content creator he/she would work closely with various departments to understand their requirements, convert it into a script/storyboard, work with production & postproduction teams to execute this vision and finally deliver the film or video media to stakeholders.

- The content would be consumed within and outside the organization and would need to have strong production values and brand identity.

- Candidates would need to be able to work independently to coordinate resources between teams, manage client expectations and operate in a fast-paced environment where requirements evolve.

- Should have a strong command over English and be familiar with tools within Microsoft Office.

- Should be able to understand and write for an audience with an IT and business perspective.

- Deep knowledge of different video styles and an understanding of their impact.

- Ability to proofread and shape content to meet brand and publication guidelines.

- Advisory skills to help guide clients based on their desired outcomes.

- Ability to plan and execute strategies for clients within short timelines.

- Strong understanding of video production techniques as well as different set-ups required to execute them.

- A clear understanding of video editing tools and animation software to coordinate with - postproduction teams.

- Familiarity with IT and specific terminology would be a plus.
