Amrop Brand is centred on - Leaders for What's Next- . This role is expected to drive this brand positioning through thought leadership content and marketing initiatives.
Role Elements
Content Development
- Role is expected to support and lead varied initiatives working with Industry Practice Groups, Global Marketing teams and Project teams.
- Also lead independent research and content development work on some differentiated themes.
- Skills needed are - content research and development, knowledge and conceptualisation in leadership domain, editing and sharp writing skills as well as project management to drive initiatives.
Content Marketing
- Content marketing will have varied channels - email campaigns, social media dissemination, PR and CXO level events.
- Skills needed are - marketing campaign design and execution, email and social media expertise. Additionally, drive and results orientation to ensure effective outcomes.
Brand Management :
- Conducting brand and quality audits.
- Keeping documents, templates and website content in line with global brand guidelines.
- Leading with ideas on brand salience and promotion.
Managerial :
- This role is the SPOC and lead for Marketing - hence person has to lead with structured and rhythmic approach through monthly, quarterly and annual plans.
- Interpersonal ability and proactiveness to drive initiatives with others being key stakeholders.
Background and Skills :
- Academic background - degree in Marketing preferable
- Experience : 6-8 years in Marketing, Research, Content Development & Management, Social Media Campaigns and Event Management in B2B and Enterprise driven businesses (Consulting, IT Services, Professional Services)
- Learning Agility - Intellect and curiosity with drive to learn. Ability to build expertise.
- Structured approach to work. Organised and with ability to multitask. End to end project management.
- Sharp communication skills including writing and editing skills.
- Proactive, high energy and enthusiastic person with results orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel.
