Job Description :
- Handling Customer Service & Sales Calls from US Customers
- We are looking for candidates who have previously worked in US/UK travel process only. We are not looking for freshers.
- Candidate must have good knowledge of GDS (AMEDUS) for Travel sales.
- Follow up with new and existing customers.
- Meeting monthly performance metrics
Skills Required :
- Campaign Calling/ Flight Selling Experience is mandatory
- Computer savvy
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Atleast 1 year experience in international Ticketing or process.
- Atleast 1 year GDS experience (Amadeus Must)
- Should be a team player
