Our Client is hiring a full-time Travel Service Specialist/Consultant.
The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Your main target will be meeting customers- needs and expectations: you will provide support and help by managing our customer's reservations, and delivering answers regarding pre- and past-travel questions.
- Using all customer communication channels, your goal will be to bring an assertive outcome every time.
- Grow continuously till you reach an outstanding product knowledge level in order to support any queries customers may have.
- Learn from an environment where you receive and give helpful feedback and valuable support from your teammates.
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- We are looking for someone with experience in customer-facing roles, in a call center or similar environment.
- You have written and verbal fluency in English in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Travel industry knowledge, as well as remote experience, is a huge PLUS, but not required.
- You are passionate about customer service and have an outstanding ability to look at the customer's experience through his or her own eyes.
- You have excellent listening skills and are confident in managing challenging conversations with customers.
- You are confident in your ability to write clear, effective, and personalized messages communicating both with customers and internal teams.
- You have at least 1 year of experience within a Sales (B2C) role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.
- You possess solid expertise in Enterprise Sales.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.
