Consultant - Travel Sales (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
- For International Travel Sales Consultant (for US Process)
- Salary : No Bar (Depends on Interview & Previous/Current Salary) Maximum : Upto 40 K In Hand
- Experience : Minimum 1 Year experience into same Travel International Flight Ticket Sale Domain
- No. Of Vacancy : 10 Candidates in U.S Process (Immediate Joining)
- English : Must be Excellent with proper U.S Accent
- Shift Timing : (8 P.m - 5 A.m for U.S Shift)
- 1 Rotational Week Off on weekend in between Tuesday - Saturday
-Sunday/Monday's are compulsory working
-100 % Voice Process (Outbound/Inbound Both)
- No Cab Facility
- Canteen is available (Paid Meal Facility is there)
- Interview Days & Timings : Monday - Sunday in between 12 Noon - 7 P.m
Responsibilities :
1. Promote and sell travel packages, international destinations.
2. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate travel packages and services.
3. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about travel packages.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and travel destinations.
Requirements :
1. Minimum 1year of experience in the travel domain, credit card sales, insurance sales, or any sales domain.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
5. Basic knowledge of travel industry and destinations.
6. Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
