Responsibilities :
- This is an exciting role where you will provide hiring expertise & support to high-growth companies in different geographies so they can scale their teams quickly & accurately.
- You will liaise with senior decision-makers in different industries across countries to understand their talent needs and advise them on the appropriate recruitment strategy to help them achieve their outcomes.
- You will also be trained the Snaphunt hiring methodology & use this as well as the Snaphunt platform to help companies identify top talent in line with their requirements quickly and manage all aspects of the hiring process all the way till hire.
- This is a truly international & consultative role. In a single day, you might be advising an Australian startup on how to scale their teams with remote talent in Asia, helping an Indonesian ed-tech scale their teams with remote talent, or supporting a US Fintech for roles across sales, marketing and other business related roles.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- You have at least 2 years of experience recruiting for Sales/ Marketing roles within a leading agency or within Consulting in a top tier /Big 4 firm, including experience in a client facing role
- You have a strong track record in solution selling to decision makers.
- You are a natural problem solver and a strong business advisor with demonstrated experience in influence senior stakeholders.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
- You have an amazing track record of success, are highly goal-driven, and work well in fast-paced environments
- You will be part of a fully remote and internationally distributed team and as a result, can be based anywhere -as long as you have good internet connectivity!
