B.E/B.Tech /MBA with 5 to 10 years of experience

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and Support SAP Sales and Order Management process for Engineering and Manufacturing Companies.

- Design, Configuration and testing in SAP SD, CS and PS Modules and interface with other Modules and tools.

- Analyse the current business processes and scenarios, recommend / develop solutions to meet the business need.

- Identify and Implement new functionalities of SAP S4 HANA.

- Enhancements of existing functionalities as per business requirements.

- Implementation of SAP for CS and PS Module and integration with other Modules.

- Study and upgradation of SD, CS and PS Module as per latest SAP Version

- Implement Variant Configuration and integration with other tools

- Implementation of SAP ASP-GSP Tool, address GST requirements

Address Export Documentation - Legal and Customer requirements

- Should handle Project management activities

- Analyse and Implement Advanced Analytics reports, FIORI applications

- Suggest and Implement SAP good Practices

- Prepare new reports in SAP as per requirement from User

- Resolve User Issues as per SLA

- User trainings for SAP SD, CS and PS Module and conduct Knowledge sharing sessions

- User Authorization validation and control as per SoD

- Transaction Review and Analysis

- Put Checks and Controls as per analysis

- Help Users to understand for Master Data maintenance and follow System process

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards

Skills :

- Implementation experience includes Full life cycle ASAP Methodology, business requirement, collection, business process analysis, gap analysis, Realization, Final Preparation, Training, Go-Live, Support.

- Configuration expertise on SD Order-to-Cash cycle with Sales Documents Quotation, Enquiry, Orders, Special orders, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, Item Proposals, Customer returns, Consignment Sales, credit/debit note processing, Deliveries, Shipments, Transportation and Billing document.

Sound knowledge on Pricing, Account Determination, Taxes, Partner determination, Output determination, Text determination, Material determination, Material Listing / Exclusions, Customer material info records, Milestone billings, Document flow and Copying Control, Incompletion logs, Availability Check and Transfer of requirements, Business Partner and Credit Management Conversions.

- Good knowledge and experience in integration, Configuration and testing of SD, CS and PS with FI,CO, PP and MM Module.

- Good Knowledge on ABAP/4 Report Programming, Interactive Reports, User Exits, ABAP Queries, ALE/ EDI, IDOC.

- Work on generating EDI documents from SAP ECC 6 / SAP S4 HANA system and compared them against corresponding EDI documents from production legacy system in order to have minimal trading partner impact.

- Monitor inbound / outbound flow of production orders, shipments, invoices to check for workflow notifications and resolve error messages.

- Provide SAP SD/EDI technical and non-technical support team members and end-users on various EDI transactions and IDoc error resolution techniques during partner testing, go-live and hyper-care phase.

- Work with business user in gathering and analysis of Business requirements and mapping
