The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying customer needs and preparing holiday packages.
Destinations Knowledge Any of Them : Goa, Himachal, Andaman, Uttarkhand, Dubai, Maldives, Thailand, Working for Corporate which means to fulfill all demands for corporate clients.
- Handling both incoming and outgoing telephone calls and web enquiries. Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
- Working hard to achieve sales targets.
- Create, update and maintain an electronic record of clients database includes their bookings & their payments.
- Network with guests and other third-party vendors.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Building good customer relationship; before and after sales; to maintain client retention.
- Conducting research to add new vendors/ Travel Agents.
- Will be responsible for preparing and selling packages for our packages for tourists.
- Perform reservation and operational tasks to execute guest trip. Offering/ selling competitive prices & packages to customers
Ideal Candidate
- You have working knowledge of Domestic calling, International Calling, Computer Knowledge and International Tour Packages
