Consultant - Sales - Travel (1-2 yrs)
Position : Travel sales consultant ( international process) (UK process)
Location : sec 4 noida (nearest metro sec 16 noida)
- Shift timings 1pm( afternoon )to 10pm ( night)
- No cab facility
Qualification : under graduate/graduate
Experience : minimum 1 year in international bpo in travel sales
- Note : Excellent English communication skills Required as it is an international process
Job Description :
- Listen attentively to customers' travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Offer personalized travel recommendations and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information on travel-related matters.
- Research and stay updated on various travel destinations, including hotels, airlines, cruises, and other travel-related services.
- Create customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities.
- Process bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel insurance using booking systems and online platforms.
- Ensure accuracy in all bookings and provide customers with detailed itineraries and travel documents.
- Promote travel packages, special offers, and additional services to maximize sales revenue.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and market changes.
- Maintain organized records of customer information and travel bookings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Keep customers informed about any changes to their travel arrangements and provide assistance during emergencies or disruptions.
- Collect customer feedback and use it to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in travel sales preferably in UK travel sales for one year or more.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of global travel destinations, travel trends, and the ability to create enticing travel itineraries.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
- Good knowledge of GDS (Amadeus Galileo or Worldspan)

- Excellent Geographical Knowledge
