- Appointment Setter / Solar Sales Consultant (Commission Based - Full Time)

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Candidates would be provided cold, warm, hot leads and pre-set appointments by our Appointment Setting team and would have to close sales over phone calls and zoom meetings. All our Solar Programs are zero down wherein customers don't need to pay anything out of pocket to go solar.

2. Candidate would be making 200-400 calls per day to set appointments by themselves. Ensure that all company protocols are followed and customers have the best experience with us.

3. Candidates would have to present a solar proposal prepared but solar processors to the customers and sign them up to go solar with us.

4. Once you are experienced in closing sales, you would be provided 1 or 2 Appointment Setters and all of their production (appointments) would go to you to close sales on.

5. Ensure that all company protocols are followed and customers have the best experience with us.

6. Must maintain a healthy performance quota for each week.

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Minimum 2 years of call center experience with closing sales in the US. Must have cold calling experience.

2. Must have exceptional verbal and written English (100%). communication skills with neutral to as-close-as American accent.

3. Knowledge of CRMs, Microsoft office & Google Sheets & Doc tools is an added advantage.

4. Good interpersonal and analytical skills.

5. Self-disciplined and highly motivated.

6. Must have a laptop or computer with most updated technical requirements, noise cancellation headsets, quiet place at home to work, high speed & stable internet connection and consistent power supply with backup.

Perks and Benefits :

1. No monthly fixed salary. Commission based. Monthly commission vary between $1000 to $5000.

2. Shift timings - 9:30 pm IST to 6:30 am IST - Monday to Friday. (9 hour shift with 1.5 hours of breaks - one hour for lunch and two breaks of 15 minutes each)

3. Hours/Attendance tracked by HubStaff.
