Job Description - Sales Development Representative/Sales Consultant - Technology
- Direct Sales Outreach : Meet daily targets for outbound sales activities (e.g., direct calls, emails, social media outreach) to prospects in key accounts.
- Introductory Meetings : Schedule and conduct introductory meetings with potential customers to understand their training and certification needs.
- Lead Generation & Qualification : Identify, generate, and qualify leads through outbound activities and inbound leads, ensuring the pipeline is consistently filled.
- Lead to Sales Conversion : Drive leads through the pipeline to conversion, managing the sales cycle from initial contact to close.
- Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing CRM to track activities and accurately forecast opportunities and potential closures.
- Consistently achieve KPIs, including daily outreach targets (calls/emails), weekly introductory meetings, qualified leads generated, and conversion rates, contributing to overall revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts, acting as a trusted advisor for their training needs.
- Manage inbound leads coming in from other channels.
- Lead the full sales cycle - from qualification (BANT Process) to close - ensuring seamless communication and coordination between internal teams and the customer.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and lead nurturing strategies to enhance lead generation efforts and improve lead-to-sales conversion rates.
- Position and sell the entire Training and Certification Portfolio - Classroom Trainings/Self- Paced/E Learnings/Experiential Learnings
- Updates & maintains the CRM system. Track and report on KPIs using CRM tools, analyzing sales performance and adjusting strategies to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Accurately forecast sales activities, maintaining a strong pipeline to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Sales Development Representative (SDR) :
a) Collaborate and exhibit Teamwork with the cross functional team in the organization
b) Drive new business (Hunting) as well as fostering/nurturing the existing account base (Farming). Continuously seek opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling within existing customer accounts to maximize revenue.
