We specialize for Leadership hiring across 4 functions - Analytics & Digital, Banking & Finance, Sales & Marketing and Human Resources & Legal. We help our clients and candidates succeed by leveraging our expertise, deep industry & market knowledge, and proprietary assessment tools and techniques.
Location : Ludhiana (WORK FROM OFFICE)
Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop client business/relationships with multi-national firms looking for Specialist - Talent Acquisition partners in India.
- Generate revenue in your area of specialization in a target driven environment.
- Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies;
- Engage client and build relationship & trust with the clients in most professional & ethical manner.
- Build strategies on maximizing the output and revenue generation for self and team.
- Source high- caliber candidates from various digital channels including job advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, Job Portals etc.
- Receive and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and create a shortlist of candidates for the client;
- Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
- Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
- Prepare candidates for interview, on grounds of dress code, appearance, potential questions and case studies, touch grounds on company & industry background.
- Build relationship as a consultant to extract maximum information.
- Be a partner to the client and most reliable bridge between candidate and client.
What we are looking for :
- You have a Btech/ MBA with minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience in similar field. You have a strong record of success (not just academics).
- You are not shy to pick up the phone and make a warm/cold call to someone to pitch your business.
- You are proactive, business savvy and suave. Being attention to detail is a pre-requisite to apply
- A dynamic and agile person with ability to work in hustling fast-paced aggressive environment
- A creative individual with clutter breaking campaign ideas to improve KPIs
- A data driven person to analyze data, identify learnings, and leverage them on campaigns
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with design and copy teams on creatives
