Consultant - Sales - Real Estate Consulting (0-6 yrs)
OBJECTIVE :
1. The person with this role will be responsible for contributing to the top-line of the organization.
2. This person will be the front face of the organization for our customers and the responsibility of maintaining the reputation of the organization, as that of a customer-centric one, therefore lies upon the shoulders of our Consultants.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :
1. Builds and maintains relations with the potential customers for the Residential Real Estate category as well as the Developers Sales Team
2. Keeps abreast with the latest market happenings through internal communications and primary research
3. Meets the potential customers and helps them shortlist the appropriate properties through organised presentations and verbal communication
4. Accompanies the potential customers to the shortlisted sites and helps them structure and negotiate a deal
5. Helps the customers with documentation for loan processing, registration, etc
Achieves the monthly and quarterly targets decided mutually with the Senior Management
CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. Strong written / verbal communication and data presentation skills
2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
3. A post graduate degree in Management with specialization in Marketing / Finance
4. Possess relevant sales experience within Real Estate, Home Loans or Insurance
