Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, social media, networking events).
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
Client Engagement :
- Understand client requirements and present tailored event/conference solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
Sales Strategy and Execution :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts.
Relationship Management :
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Act as a primary point of contact during the sales process and collaborate with internal teams for successful event delivery.
Market Research :
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
- Provide insights and feedback to enhance sales strategies and offerings.
Reporting and Analysis :
- Track sales metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and present performance updates to management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in events, conferences, or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
