We are actively seeking a proficient Senior Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, developing key client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives.

Requirements :

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on complex solutions or high-value products/services.

- Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.

- Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and close high-value deals.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.

- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within target industries.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.

- Lead negotiations and drive the sales process from initial contact to contract signing.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a consultative selling environment.

- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on exceeding targets.
