Consultant - Sales - BFSI (1-4 yrs)
The Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales and generating new business by advising clients on products and services that meet their needs. They engage with both new and existing customers, build strong relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new leads to generate sales opportunities and expand the client base.
- Understand the customer's needs through active listening and provide tailored recommendations for products or services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by offering exceptional customer service and follow-up support.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
