Role Overview :
KIVA Fincorp is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Loan, Medical, and Vehicle Insurance Agents. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing financial services, including loans, medical insurance, and vehicle insurance to our clients. These roles are critical in helping our customers make informed decisions about their financial and insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and process loan applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Provide detailed information and recommendations about medical and vehicle insurance options.
- Assist clients in understanding the terms and conditions of their loans and insurance policies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and products.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve company goals.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in financial services, particularly in loan processing and insurance sales.
- Strong understanding of loan products, medical insurance, and vehicle insurance policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to client confidentiality.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in loan processing and insurance are preferred.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
