Consultant - Sales - Banking (2-4 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team in the banking sector. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting banking products, assisting customers with their banking needs, and building strong relationships to drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in sales within the banking industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell a range of banking products such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and account openings.
- Provide advice on banking services and help customers understand digital banking tools.
- Resolve customer issues and offer personalized financial solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for banking products and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal banking procedures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications :
- Education: Graduation is mandatory (Any discipline) from a recognized university.
- Age and Local Area: 21 to 32 years of age and local area candidate.
- Experience: Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or banking.
Skills :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking products.
