Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant with Fluent English to provide services to the Bahamas-based auto brokerage firm. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with potential car buyers in the Bahamas, guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process, and assisting with brokerage services. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of automotive industry basics, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
The Job:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage potential customers, assess their vehicle needs, and introduce brokerage services.
- Proactively follow up with warm leads and cold prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
- Accurately document each interaction in the CRM system, including customer preferences, follow-up actions, and sales pipeline updates.
- Maintain a high level of data accuracy and confidentiality with customer records and sales information.
Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a BPO setting or with an international client base.
- Experience in automotive sales and auto brokerage is a plus.
Skills:
- You must have command over the English language and be able to speak English like it is your first language.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven ability to close sales over the phone.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology.
Working Hours:
- You must be ready to work the night shift as you must make calls between 9 AM and 6 PM local US time.
Working environment:
- You must have a quiet place in your house, free of outside noise so you can make these calls.
- You must have high-speed internet as all calls are made via VOIP.
- You must have access to a computer or tablet as all lead management is done via online CRM.
