About Function :
- The function manages raw material business, trading of Aluminium RawMaterials mainly.
What you will be doing :
- Aluminium Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in generating new primary Aluminum (Ingots, billets, wire rods, foil etc) business and building relationships with clients. This position requires a strong understanding of Aluminium market and the ability to effectively communicate with clients about their specific needs.
- Develop and implement our GTM strategy by building an nurturing relationship with clients for a sustainable business growth.
- As an Aluminium Sales Specialist a typical month will include:
- Identify and acquire new potential clients for Aluminium business.
- Negotiate commercials ( rates, payment terms etc) with clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Set and achieve individual sales targets.
- Collaborate extensively with internal cross functional teams like Operations, Finance, Product etc, in order to drive impactful outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Aluminum market regulations and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement Aluminum business and RMC function
What will make you a great candidate :
- The candidate should have prior experience of 3-10 years specifically in Aluminium sales & can immediately add value to Sales.
- The role requires candidates with an affinity for action and needs to adapt to a fast moving environment.
- Experience in fast moving B2B sales or B2B startups preferred
- Candidate has to own sales targets for the assigned region and develop a client base in these regions.
