Consultant - Sales (1-5 yrs)
- Sales Consultant must understand the product benefits and advantages and should prepare strategies according to it to the sales force and should be able to execute those strategies at right time.
- Ensure the sales team force is positive and are geared up for the challenge & Find out prospective customers/clients and new target segment and penetrate sales in that area
- Teach the sales force about converting leads to sales through good communication, follow-ups and positive attitude
Key Responsible Areas:
Sales Management:
- Sell Individual and Corporate case and perform necessary checks to ensure full client eligibility
- Ensure all leads, potentials and cases taken are managed according to the Visas and Permits.com sales management processes and procedures
- Dealing with client enquiries and effectively managing your new business pipeline to ensure maximum conversion. Research and develop possible new services to be offered to clients
- Current knowledge update on Customer pricing, products & services
- Conduct Consultation (through Telephone, Email, Face to Face meeting or Video conference to keep client upto date
Service Delivery:
- Ensure that all service levels agreed with the client achieved and improved upon where possible
- Achieve and exceed daily, monthly and quarterly targets set by management in respect to financial objectives
- Understand and adhere to all Visas and Permits.com policies and procedures at all times.
- Ensure customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer services
Operations:
- Working with other unit members of the organization to uphold immigration Sales plans and programs
Customer Service - Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution & exceed that customers needs, provide value, gain trust, respect and ultimately, loyalty to your company
