Consultant - Presales - IT (3-5 yrs)
Pre-sales Consultant
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Need to own the end-to-end pre sales processes, starting from lead generation to management of the same.
- Work closely with the Digital team to generate potential leads from the addressable markets.
- Should understand clients' diverse, specific business needs and apply the company's service knowledge to meet the same.
- Respond to Enterprise and Government RPFs.
- Manage and work with CRM Solutions like Pipedrive.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, industry events, and networking, to identify and engage with prospects for lead generation.
- Experience in Presales Management working with different Stakeholders in IT services
- Provide pre-sales support including drafting presentations, demonstrations, and budget/cost estimations.
Required skill set :
- Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience working in an IT Services Industry
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear & concise messages.
- Well-versed with recent industry trends in the digital transformation space across key geographies like India, the UK, the USA, and the Middle East.
- Exposure to social media engagement is a must.
- Proficient in written & verbal communication skills
- Must have experience in handling international clients and partner management.
- Bachelor's degree is a must (B. Tech/BCA/BSc-IT/Computers)
- Master's degree will be an added advantage. (MBA-Marketing)Pre-sales Consultant
