Consultant - Presales - Electrical Product (2-5 yrs)
Experience and Expertise Required :
Presales bridges the gap between technical and business teams to take the solution to the customer as per his requirements. To assist customer in their journey and address pain points of the customers.
- Respond to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs
- Configure the product to address business scenario of clients for demos and POCs
- Provide solution consulting to global Pre-sales teams and clients
- Conduct demos and POCs as required
- Engage with Product Engineering in developing, verifying, and rolling out product features
- Participate in various tasks and initiatives to build effective demo instances for Pre-sales team
- Provide content for website and collateral for marketing team
- Security pre-sales experience is preferred
- Knowledge in technology like Linux, Windows, IOS, Android and others preferred
