Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience in solution architecting and mapping customer requirements to open-source technologies.

- A track record of successfully developing and delivering technical presentations and proposals.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.

- Strong written and analytical skills to document technical solutions and proposals effectively.

- Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- We are searching for a highly motivated and technically savvy Pre-Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in the pre-sales cycle for our open-source solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to prospective clients.

- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads, understand unique customer challenges, and identify pain points. Analyze their existing infrastructure and identify areas where open-source solutions can provide a strategic advantage.

- Plan for customized solutions by understanding customer requirements aligning with open-source technologies based on OEM engagement .

- Craft comprehensive technical proposals /demos outlining the proposed solution architecture, implementation plan, , and expected ROI for the customer.

- Execute POCs that demonstrate the solution's functionality and value proposition for the customer.

- Develop a strong understanding of the sales cycle and best practices. This includes effective qualification, objection handling, and the ability to navigate complex sales conversations.

- Continuously stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the open-source landscape. Attend industry conferences, workshops, and actively participate in relevant open-source communities (e.g., contributing to projects, discussions).

Technology/vertical exposure:

- Possess a deep understanding of specific open-source Platforms such as

- LINUX, Ansible, Open Shift, Open Stack, Containerization, RedHat Open Shift Virtualization,

- DevOps, DevSecOps, GitLab, Docker & Kubernetes)

- Web servers (Apache, Nginx), databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL MagoDB Etc), or other relevant technologies.

- Familiarity with open-source licensing models
