Consultant Plus Immigration - Executive - Customer Service (0-1 yrs)
- Managing and responding to inbound leads via telephone, and email.
- Responding to inquiries
- Must report to the head office in Canada on a daily basis
- Must work as a liaison between the client and office in Canada
- Give clear and accurate information to the clients as per the instructions
- Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate's profile.
- Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries
- Generate and follow up on leads whilst providing ongoing guidance
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive improvement and efficiencies within the company and identify opportunities to meet the increasing needs of the company.
- Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
- Must advise and propose marketing strategies for the Indian market
- Must promote the company
- Necessary training will be provided
