Consultant/Manager - Inside Sales - EduTech/eLearning (3-7 yrs)
Our Client is a very large and reputed eLearning /EdTech organisation in India with Global presence. The areas of higher education include Big Data, AI ML, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Digital marketing etc.
Manager/Consultant - Assisted sales /Inside Sales
- Targets oriented Inside Sales Leads for converting prospects to Customers
- Someone who can crunch data and present actionable items
- Extremely data driven with excel skills as well
- 3 years of experience and strong Inside sales/International calling and target driven
- Inside Sales candidates from BPO/ITes, BFSI (Banking & Insurance) and EdTech sectors with Sales, Customer services, Academic Counselors or any customer facing experience
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by working closely with the assisted sales team across different channels - Inbound, Outbound and Chat
- Design and implement a sales plan that expands customer base and ensures that we optimize on the sales funnel
- Own recruiting,objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Work with the marketing team to identity and drive interventions to increase the top of the funnel (Leads) and optimize conversions (enrollments)
- Identify emerging opportunities to scale the channel while being fully aware of new products and competition
Requirements:
- 3+ years of inside sales experience in a fast growing company
- Successful previous experience as a Inside Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Able to work in extremely fast paced, team environment; have an entrepreneurial mindset
