- Experience level: 1-4 years (Only in telesales / inside sales)
- Field sales employees are not relevant for the position
- Selling the education products to the customer.
- Challenging the target on monthly
- Must have excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Must have a personal laptop, android phone and good connectivity.
- Must be professional and presentable in the video (As all interview rounds is gonna happen over video calls)
Compensation slabs as below:
a. Min: Fixed CTC - 4.5 LPA + Variable CTC - 3 LPA, Total - 7.5 LPA
b. Medium: Fixed CTC - 5 LPA + Variable CTC - 3 LPA, Total - 8 LPA
c. Maximum: Fixed CTC - 5.5 LPA + Variable CTC - 3 LPA, Total - 8.5 LPA
- If selected, must be able to join in June 25th online training batch.
- Initial 2-3 months, they will be working from home. However, if COVID situation improves, they can be asked to join in Bangalore business unit.
- Open for both male and female candidates for this role.
