Consultant - Inside Sales - Business & Financial Software Firm (2-5 yrs)
Our client is a business and financial software company that develops and sells financial, accounting, and tax preparation software and related services for small businesses, accountants, and individuals. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, California. We are hired to recruit Inside Sales Consultants for their branches in Banagalore and Hyderabad.
The role involves in :
- Developing strong relationships at all levels within the Accountant partner to drive client's agenda throughout the organization
- Assisting all partners through the initial signup and education stage
- Focused on building high value leads and qualifying pipelines along with managing assigned partners in territory
- Develop proficiency and knowledge of client's products and solutions with the ability to clearly communicate appropriate recommendations to address customer needs
Skills :
- Actively uses metrics to monitor performance and understand results and drivers, while developing contingency plans to address shortfalls on a weekly basis.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using all appropriate systems, tools, and processes
- Collaborate closely with other team members and a set of cross-functional business unit colleagues to drive result
