Consultant - Field Sales - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
We are seeking a dedicated Direct Sales Leadership Manager for our life insurance division. This individual will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing agents while ensuring they achieve sales targets and comply with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use the Agency Channel to achieve life insurance sales targets.
- Oversee the recruitment and training of new agents, ensuring they understand industry best practices.
- Supervise the licensing process and agent activation to ensure smooth operations.
- Regularly monitor agent performance and offer feedback to improve sales results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in field sales in an open market.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with market trends and insurance industry standards.
