- We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive for a leading Payroll Software product company in Pune
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Meet Clients to identify HR & statutory processes.
- Understand the GAP between current processes and system capabilities.
- Suggest best practices to client and improvise systems & procedures at client end.
- Identify Client policies related to Leave, Attendance, performance management, onboarding, employee exit, etc.
- Convert client requirement into system configuration.
- Provide training to Process Owners.
Candidate's Profile :
- Hands-on experience conducting product demos to clients.
- Understanding client needs and requirements.
- Explaining product features and benefits.
- Must have 3-5 years relevant experience in HRMS / Payroll Software.
- Should Possess Excellent English Communication
