Consultant - Direct Sales - Insurance/Loan (2-3 yrs)
Salary Bracket: 4 LPA onwards
Role accountabilities and tasks:
Role description:
- Assisting customers in sale of Mortgage/home Loan
- Role entails working only in Day shift
- Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically
- Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy
- Flexible, able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands.
- Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers
- Work towards ensuring zero cases of miss-selling / fraud in the processes
- Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
- Adheres to and supports company policies and practices.
- Increase Home Loan Customers
- Engage and educate customers on product usage
- Convey brand information to customers and respond to questions/inquiries that arise
- Responsible for daily/monthly sales targets
- Investigate and address competitors- activities
- Prioritize and schedule proactive calls to organization's accounts
- Update and manage contact database with accurate profiles, notes, and relevant information
- Undertake training on the firm's markets and products, and improve on selling skills
- Match sales opportunities that cover other products involving various sales representatives
- Employees should undertake the necessary precautionary as well as reactive steps towards incidents.
Following are the responsibilities of all employees at the Company :
- Be aware and comply with the ISMS Policy, procedures and objectives
- Actively participate in ISMS exercises
- Request access to information access from their Team Leaders/ Executives
- Report known and suspected security incidents to the IT Helpdesk
- Protect secrecy of passwords
- Protect information assets used by them against compromise of assets confidentiality, integrity or availability
Candidate Profile:
- Flexible to work in 6 days, roster off environment
- Should be able to converse in English and Hindi efficiently
- Good selling and negotiations skills
- Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Minimum 2-3 years running experience in Home Loan/LAP/Mortgage/ General Insurance/ Life Insurance
- Should be able to work in open/closed markets
