Consultant - Customer Relationship - Product Support (2-6 yrs)
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Ensure availability within and outside of business hours for selective clients. Scope of support to clients include addressing client issues through ticketing system, over the phone and on site visit, as needed
2. Perform as key contact point of clients dealing with routine matters throughout range of services and products
3. Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.
4. Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better address those needs.
5. Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services in an effort to guide their choices
6. Support clients on phone, email or remote support tools in using and deriving maximum value from the application
7. Acquireand maintain a comprehensive understanding of greytHR - in terms of usage,configuration, implementation and value
8. Proactivelybuild strong customer relationships
9. Understandclient requirements, configure the greytHR application to address these requirement, port client data, provide user training and support the client in implementing the application in their organization in a time bound and professional manner
10. Solutionize either through configurations or workarounds to address client specific requirements
11. Develop competence in the use of all the information systems used in the implementation of the application.
12. Ensureall project related activities are completed so as to enable the organization to continuously track and improve the support process
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate preferably from a commerce background
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role in Payroll with high client interaction preferably with domestic clients
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Excellent client handling skills
- Domain knowledge in Indian HR / Payroll is mandatory
- Thorough knowledge of Indian Payroll statutory compliances will be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent skills on effective telephone and email communication
- Apart from English, familiarity in either Hindi, Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam will be an advantage
- Highly Customer Focused with ability to listen and engage customers to achieve desired outcomes
- High degree of patience
- Good problem solving skills
- MS Excel skills
- Willing to work weekends and holidays
- Willing to stretch during high volume periods (Month, Quarter and year ends)
