Consultant - Customer Care - eCommerce (1-2 yrs)
Job Responsibilities and Duties :
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails/chats
- Management and resolve customer complaints
- Route calls to appropriate resources, Identify and escalate issues to supervisors,
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete call logs and reports & Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills :
- Graduate, Postgraduate or equivalent
- Excellent data entry and typing skills - 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Experience - 1 -2 (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
- Excellent communication over English & Hindi (Written & Verbal)
Salary Per month : 25000/- CTC.
- Males : rotational shifts between 9am -10pm
Females : rotational shifts between 9am -8pm
