Department: India Entry & Expansion (IEE):

The IEE team is responsible for India Entry & Expansion services of foreign clients, covering business advisory, setting up of entities, approvals, licenses, finance, accounting, tax, HR, Payroll, Corporate law, and other legal requirements. IEE team handholds the client in their Indian operations for a period till they can manage their own.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities, prospective clients, following leads from existing clients,

- Participating in seminars, events, and conferences and developing contacts

- Developing leads and contacting potential customers from various countries

- Contact new and existing clients to understand their needs, and resolve issues to develop the business to the next level

- Generating reports and presenting an analysis of marketing progress.

- Prepare a weekly report on marketing activities, new prospects, etc.

- Making sure targets are met periodically.

Requirements:

- Strong research and data collection skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Outstanding communication [both verbal and written], interpersonal and leadership skills.

- Excellent presentation, decision-making skills.

- Critical thinker and problem solver.

- Go-getter, tenacious, resilient self-starter types may also work well in this role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of diverse business areas such as IT, Finance, India Entry, and marketing.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Understanding of professional services

- Knowledge of multi-linguistic viz., French, German & Spanish will be an added advantage
