- Exceptional communication skills and business development/sales acumen.
- Ability to perpetuate conversation with senior level management stake holder & decision makers.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry as well as current market phenomena.
- The ability to multi- task and challenge deadlines.
- Meticulously managing the task assigned.
Key Responsibility Areas :
- Dynamic, high energy International business development professional to be a part of the International Sales team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, with exceptional ability in the assigned international markets.
- Should be a strongly self-motivated individual who is methodical and tenacious, and can effectively be an individual contributor.
- Responsible for Business development and lead generation in the US .
- Creating and managing lists of prospects across our target client segments.
- Contacting client prospects and making the initial pitch for our services.
- Generating a personal target of lead generation
- Systematic follow up with each prospect.
- Deliver personal targets of lead generation in a specified service offering or geography.
- Initiating and developing the relationships with key decision makers for business development.
- Follow-up monthly calls to maintain client relationships to incubate business.
