Consultant - B2B Sales - Business Solutions - IT (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities & Duties :
Sales Planning :
I. Researching and identifying sales opportunity, target identification and classification
II. Cold-calling, generating new leads and prospecting accounts in MSME & SOHO verticals
III. Creating detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and targets
Sales Execution :
IV. Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of Digital Transformation in identified areas.
V. Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the solution/product/ services as per their needs
VI. Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a profitable deal
VII. Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients. Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients to increase customer satisfaction and avoid refunds.
Sales Excellence :
VIII. Being productive in sales efforts through desired number of meetings, adequate pipeline generation (3X-5X) across 2 or more quarters, balanced pipeline conversion, updating product knowledge, etc.
IX. Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence. Accurately maintaining record of all sales interactions in CRM
X. Adhering to operational requirements like accuracy in filling Sales Closure Form (SCF), gathering complete Know Your Customer (KYC) information, etc.
XI. Accurate forecasting and orchestrating sales activity to ensure deal closures matching the sales targets.
Teamwork :
XII. Be a team player and facilitate collaboration in the workplace by working with all stakeholders beyond workgroup.
