Consta Cool is in business of designing & manufacturing of products used for transportation of food products within city & small distance places. Company's product range includes Freezers on Wheels, Refrigerated Plastic Containers, Ice Boxes & Hoppers. Consta Cool is Interlinking Rotomold technologies & refrigeration knowledge, custom moulding in developing Corrosion Free Refrigeration Systems.
We are in search of vibrant Sales Head who can work with us based at Ahmedabad and develop the market Pan India Market.
This role involves you to work with the sales & service team and develop new leads/ area/ Market along with retention of current client
Key Result Areas Weightage
Annual BD target (Target will be discussed during interview) (New leads only) 20%
Retention of current client -
a. New business from them
b. Reference business from current client 20%
- After sales Service 30%
- Collection (As per T&C with each client contract) 10%
-Other work - 20%
Experience Required from same industry: 7- 12 years.
- Preference will be given to candidates from refrigeration industry (Voltas, Bluestar & likes)
