Roles and Responsibilities :
- Experience of End to End Bid Management process.
- Experience of working on Business Development & have interpersonal capability on customer management.
- Experience of Drafting RFP/ Bid documents and providing technical solutions as per the requirement of customers.
- Strong Follow-ups with new & Existing Customers on regular basis for any clarification on bid points, submission of EMD DD and PBG with Agreement etc.
- Experience of Working on Govt & Semi Govt Projects.
- Online Bidding and IT Sales Online Bidding and IT Sales Qualification :
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experience preparing them as per bid documents like arranging POA, EMD BG, Turnover etc.
- Preparing cash flow and financial bid for approval from corporate office.
- Arranging the PBG and Agreement and submit it to customer as per their timeline.
- Timely response and facilitating on boarding of customers.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for various projects and tasks
- Coordinating with clients and ensuring high quality and timely deliverables
- Identifying and finding the OEM of each product of RFP and getting required documents and quote from them.
- Checking the OEM documents & their compliance as per tender requirement and negotiating on the payment terms.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for various Opportunities, projects and tasks
- Coordinating with clients and ensuring high quality and timely deliverables
- Effective account mapping
- High proficiency in English and excellent soft skills are mandatory
Excellent track record of achieving deadlines and meets/ exceeds revenue targets.
Resource who has done CLM-BPO/IT bid solutioning and pre-sales activity preferably with System Integration exposure is an added advantage in the current or previous role. Understanding of digital and niche market with disruptive technologies is needed.
