Connect & Heal - Manager - Content Marketing (6-10 yrs)
- We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.
- The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies that align with the company's goals, target audience, and brand identity. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and target audience.
- Plan and create content for our website, blog, social media, email newsletters and other channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand the company's products and services,target audience and brand identity.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to inform content development.
- Create compelling and SEO-friendly content that educates and inspires our audience while driving traffic and engagement.
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and tone.
- Manage content distribution across various channels and track content performance using analytics tools.
- Ensure all content is compliant with healthcare regulations and guidelines.
- Manage and mentor a team of content creators and freelancers.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in SEO, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and guidelines.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team
